  • Community Participation Scheme 2025-26

    The Community Participation Scheme 2025-26 is now open for application. The deadline for application is at 5:00p.m. on 30 October 2025.

    In 2025-26, the Committee on the Promotion of Civic Education will emphasis on the promotion of patriotic education (including the richness and beauty of traditional Chinese culture, our country’s history and achievements, the Constitution, the Basic Law, the principle of “One Country, Two Systems” and national security laws), and we will continue to emphasis on the promotion of the four core civic values: “Respect”, “Responsibility”, “Love” and “Inclusiveness”.

    We encourage eligible organisations to organise activities with depth, creativity and effectiveness while in compliance with the promotional highlights above so as to promote civic and national education outside schools.

    Application Procedures

    Applicant organisations must submit the application form and required documents on or before the application deadline through one of the following methods:

    1. Through the online application system (https://eform.cefs.gov.hk/form/hab029/en/); or
    2. By post or in person to the Secretariat (Address: Room 905, Youth Square, 238 Chai Wan Road, Chai Wan)
