A number of education materials produced by the CPCE is available for loan by community organizations and schools as listed in the Civic Education Resource Centre Catalogue(Chinese version only). Please fill in the application form below and return it to the Civic Education Resource Centre. Our staff would contact the applicant direct for necessary arrangement upon receiving the application.

• Indemnify letter for loan of video tape/audio tape/VCD/CD-ROM (PDF format)

All applicants are required to bring along the official seal of the organization/school and arrange for the transportation themselves on the day of collecting the education materials.
